**NO FRAMES INCLUDED**

These make great end of season or Senior Night gifts! They look great on their graduation table or a little decor for their Signing Day table!
They are also just a nice personalized gift for the graduate!

Tennis details: Use the Uniform Style menu to choose the outfit, then list your uniform colors. Boys: shirt, shorts, socks and shoe color. Girls: top, bottoms (skirt or shorts), sock and shoe color. If you chose a dress, list the dress, sock and shoe colors.

**Any custom design on a uniform REQUIRES a clear photo of the BACK. Most designs I am able to do by hand, but some designs that are more intricate may need additional photos so I can create a photo overlay.

Proofs are most generally sent within 24 hours of your order. During our busy Christmas season and during club volleyball season when we are gone on the weekends, that time can be extended.

I have a very short processing time – so your “ship by” date comes up pretty fast.

Please review and approve your proof promptly. Printing and shipping follow proof approval; a delayed approval may delay your order.

SHIPPING - We get all of our work done very quickly and also ship fast – but I am unable to guarantee an item will arrive by a certain date. Delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please order early for Christmas and other busy seasons.   Carrier transit times vary; arrival by a specific date is not guaranteed.

Packaging - We place the posters in a protective poly tubing sleeve and they are shipped in a capped heavy-duty cardboard tube. (the 5x7’s are placed in a stay flat mailer)

COLOR - Please note that due to the differences in printers and computer screens, colors on the final printed product may vary from digital proof.

REFUNDS - Due to the nature of these personalized/customized orders, cancellations are not accepted after proof approval. Personalized items cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging for a replacement.
