Personalized orders and proofs

Provide accurate personalization, contact, and shipping information. For orders requiring a proof, proofs are sent within 24 hours. Review all names, spelling, colors, and other details before approving your proof. Your approval authorizes printing. Printed orders ship the following day after proof approval.

Prices and payment

Product prices and available options are displayed on the product page. Review the final order total, including any shipping charges and applicable taxes, at checkout before submitting payment.

Cancellations, returns, and damage

Personalized items cannot be returned. Cancellations are not accepted after proof approval. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of package delivery for a replacement. Shipping
