Proofs and processing

For orders requiring a proof, proofs are sent within 24 hours. Printed orders ship the following day after you approve the proof. Please review names, spelling, colors, and other personalization carefully before approval.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx. Shipping time is separate from carrier delivery time. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier service. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Damaged packages

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of package delivery for a replacement.
